8 years out of work so scared

Hi since my dd2 started school last September I’ve been applying for work. Anything really shops / pubs / cleaning . I’m on anti-depressants and have had counselling for OCD and routines. Im an extremely anxious and negative person. My husband is never home. He’s in the military. Because I’m married I couldn’t claim Job seekers nor did we have any spare money once my husband had been paid. This meat that for the past 8 years I’ve either not wanted to go out or not been able to afford it. Plus I’ve been with my kids 24/7 apart from school. I do not drive due to my nerves. Now I’ve started a part time job and I just want to cry. I know I have to live in the real world and pay my way. I just want to be home. I’m not used to not getting my kids from school or missing their school activities. Because I start early tomorrow they’re at my mother in laws which they never go to and I’m in the house alone. When they’re home obviously they fight and mess and I get angry and upset but now I just want them here. They never stop out. I’m just being stupid really. I’ve been in my own world for so long. I know mums have to leave their tiny babies to work full time so I know I’ve been lucky. Any advice xx
