Hi, can anyone give me some advice as to how to train to work in HR? I have a degree in Economics, Masters in Public Administration but currently work two days a week in a fairly low pressure job - I have two children under 3 and gave up my full time job when DS1 was born.
I'm 35 - is that a bit late to get into HR and have a half decent career for the rest of my working life? I'm looking to try to get a bit of a career back for when kids go to school in 2/3 years time.
