Hi - I hope this is ok, and massive apologies if not. I work with women who want to change careers or return to the workforce after a period of time off, but they haven’t a clue where to start. They feel a bit lost, their self esteem is low and they don’t know what job they would enjoy doing. They are serious about figuring this out as they think if they don’t make the change now they’ll regret it. If this sounds like you, I’d love you to answer a few questions for me. I want to make sure that what I’m creating is going to be exactly what people need to get them clear and confident and moving! Hey Jennifer, that's ok - the questions are designed to get you thinking but when you are really stuck and confused it's hard sometimes. If you like, just answer what you can and if you want to leave your email I can follow up. If it's too much for you right now, that's ok too. Be kind to yourself. Try and write it out or talk it out with a loved one. I've been there and it's a rotten place to be. Do try and get it out of your head one way or another, it's hard to untangle when it's spinning inside x

I'm very keen to return to work (am a SAHM) and have been applying for jobs for a while but am not getting anywhere. I don't think I'm in your target group as I feel confident about returning to work but can fill in the survey if you like?
