haven't been in your position as such but no how scary it Is starting a new job. Best of luck, you will soon settle in, just keep in mind they chose you for the position so you were their best candidate for the job!
So was a sahm for years. Did some voluntary work then a degree then some agency work for about 6 months now tomorrow i will start a new job in a similar field to what i did with the agency and im terrified. Its a well paid job with prospects and perks as its for the council (pension reduced travel etc etc) im so nervous as i want this job to be the one thing i stick with for the rest of my life. It also feels as though its my first proper job as a 'grown up' with children relying on me and hopefully giving me the opportunity to get a mortgage. Some words of comfort or experiences similar would be great Thanks
