I have an upcoming interview in a local secondary academy for the above. Does anybody happen to know what kind of questions will be asked and the types of answers I'll need to know? Am researching the school but having always worked in private sector organisations I'm not sure what to expect.
I've been advised it's a formal interview and assessment.
