any clinical psychologists out there?

I fell pregnant in my final year of training and had ds upon qualifying. I've done one 6 month fixed term contract with secure services, then had dd. There are few nhs jobs in my locality and commuting very far is out. So I'm left with setting up privately or doing freelance type work, if the latter is even possible.

Anyone done this? I'm not really sure where to start, let alone after nearly four years out (not counting brief qualified post, but I probably should).
