I've applied for a job in a small organisation (30 people). My CV went to the HR person a couple of weeks ago but I've heard nothing back. I am very well qualified for the role but would have to relocate so that might be off-putting for an employer.

Could I connect on Linkedin with the person who would actually be my line manager to help me stand out from the crowd or would that be a bit stalker-ish?
