6mo to childminder FT

I'm starting back at work on 1st September and DS is going to a childminder 7:45 - 5:15 during term time. I've got a week to get organised and have been thinking about what he'll need to take with him on a daily/ weekly basis.
The CM has said she would prefer just being given a tub of formula but do I need to provide sterilised bottles and take away the used ones?
I'm struggling to imagine what he will need and what is standard for her to provide!!

I would provide your own clean sterilised bottles yes

Also spare clothes, nappies, cream, wipes, any comforters he has

Has he done any settling in visits with her yet? If not these things are often discussed then
