telephone interview what to expect?

..I have a phone interview booked in has anyone had one..

the application process is phone interview, then a branch interview and then an assessment centre

I kind of had one with Natwest a few years ago.

Some simple questions e.g. if the bank will lend 3 times your income and income is £17k, how much will bank lend?

Some other simple maths questions in similar vein and then some general customer service sutff iirc.

I got through but opted not to go any further.

I think it's a behavioural based one.. I'm really struggling to think of team leadership examples as I don't have a team!

My DH found out after getting a job, that if you sit in silence whilst the interviewer speaks, that is a bad thing - you should apparently mm-hmm and yes your way through!
