I think this will stop me getting the job I'm applying for! It's listed as 'essential' in the person spec. I easily meet all the other essential and desirable criteria.
I had lots of time off in my last (part time) job - all pregnancy related problems and a miscarriage prior to that. Before maternity leave 4 years ago with DD1, in my last full time post, I had some pregnancy related problems too.
I know that these issues aren't supposed to form part if your sickness record, but they will be mentioned in references, I'm sure, and probably not directly referring to the pregnancies.
I won't be having more children, so these issues won't affect me again!
Very annoying.
