I'm sure working from home crosses most mums minds, even if it doesn't seem a possibility! So I thought it'd be nice to have a roll call and see what we all do!!!

On my behalf:

lunavix - childminder, plus starting a business selling cloth nappies and accessories.

Official title is "Business Administration Manager" for a specialist homeopathic pharmacy but really that means I'm just a PA for DH (it's a family business). I do whatever needs doing, some of it fun (redeisigning our website, research, arty crafty promotional stuff), some of it not (pricelists, remedy lists, printing leaflets, running around delivering orders & general dogsbody).

I do this 4 mornings a week from pretty well kitted out home study while DH works in the shop.

Hi - excuse me gatecrashing, I'm new here but was intrigued by this thread. I noticed some of you have cloth nappy businesses. I hope you don't mind me asking, but I'm trying to do some research with a view to setting up something similar - demonstrating locally and setting up a website. Mainly because I've applied to be a nappy advisor/demonstrator but its taken so long I've started to wonder if I could just go it alone. I don't expect you to give all your secrets away, but can anyone offer any advice? I don't know where to start finding people to sell at wholesale prices, and not sure how many types of nappy to stock. Thanks ladies.
