Hi Has anyone tried pilates for getting back into shape?
I have been twice and finding it a bit slow - is it worth persevering with?

yes it is, i started last november after having dd and it def does help, strengthen back and tummy muscles, im not doing it at the mo as im preg, but will take it up again as soon as i can.
