Does anyone have a remedy..apart from sleep?!!
My dh is always tired! he works long hours that change daily so I guess his body clock is messed up and there is nothing we can do about that! But he just cant wake up! I have to ignore feeling tired and get on with it! This is starting to get me down so what can I put in his tea!!!!

How about Aloe Vera gel - it's a great pick-me-up and fabulous for giving you energy. It's quite pricey and takes a few weeks for you to notice the difference, but it really works. Fabulous for detoxing too.

Don't think it would be as effective as it is because you are drinking the pure gel that gives you the benefit. Even the gel you can buy in Holland & Barratt isn't nearly as good as it is diluted with juice. I'm sure there are other natural remedies that do the same thing, but we found the Aloe was really good. The weird thing is, you don't notice the difference until you stop taking it and go back to feeling awful again!

ok.
Well I will look into it!
Is this one the best you have found?
Are you taking it for tiredness?

Yes, IMO it is the best because they are the largest growers and suppliers of aloe. And it is completely natural - nothing added or taken away. We started taking it because dh has IBS and it is very good for digestive problems. And it definately gives us more energy. I really feel the difference when I am not taking it regularly. It's good for all sorts of other things too. Mind you, it is an acquired taste!! (Hey I should get paid for all this free advertising lol!)

can you add it to juice etc!?
I have a funny tummy so it might help me too!!!
is there any reason why you cant take it?

Yes, you can mix it with juice, but you take such a small amount each day (30mls) that it is easier just to swig it TBH. And they recommend that you don't dilute it for the full effect. If you have tummy problems it is better to start off on just a teaspoon for a little while and gradually increase to the 30mls as it tends to clean you out rather effectively..... heh heh.

I can't think of any reasons for not being able to take it, but if you have any concerns you should be able to contact the suppliers and ask on the site.
