Sorry bout this i know these threads probably boar the knickers off you however any help much appreciated.

were TTC at the moment - i usually have a 26 day cycle, anyway i have been having all kinds of pg symptoms i.e throwing up, dizzyness, tiredness, emotional, sore boobs. then at about 8 days past ovulation i had light spotting which turned out to be nothing as it was about 2 spots then stopped, i have had perios type pains on and off for about a week and a half - now on cycle day 28 i have had the light bleeding again accompanied with pain but now its completley stopped again. Is this my period or something eles - i dont think im og as i think i would feel pg and i dont.

Could you be pg? If so, you 'may' be having an eptopic pg, don't know loads about this but know that you can get some pg symptoms and some bleeding - maybe other mners could help?

Your GP can give you something if you are to stop the damage the eptopic can do - sorry if this is incorrect and I certainly don't want to worry you uncess - suggest you see you GP tomorrow?

not necessarily, if it's just light spotting... implantation bleed?
also, when i was pg with ds i had a very light period when i was due... (hence not realising i was pg!)

Neg then postive results can be eptopic symptoms - irrc? Also if you are getting pain would deff see you GP - just to rule it out

I had quite sharp period pains when i was pg, it took me a while to realise this can be a symptom of pg.

Good luck,

charlepeeters

I am sure a postive test followed by a negative is signs of an eptopic - please see you GP and insist they investigate further! You can get something to take on prescription if it is that will stop the damage caused by this if indeed it is - but I really think you need to see someone soon

Report
kgc · 15/07/2005 00:51

p.s charleepeters did not mean upon trying again and again with preg. test you would not be pregnant...sorry if my post sounded wrong..... when I said."but if not upon trying again you are not" what I meant was...if not trying again you are not worrying wrongly and so should consult doc/midwife.....

Likewise - re-read mine and don't want to worry you either!

Really hope that you are OK and that this is nothing 'untoward'

Take care - but see someone soon (even if it is to put Mnetters minds to rest!)

I hope i am as were ttc, but im not desperate enough to have a phantom pg that some women have when there that willing to be pg.
im six days late, i have never been called for a smear test but i have had loads of tests in that area as after my son was born i bled heavily for 8 months, they never found why as it stopped. i think i will give my dr a quik ring see what she says. thanks you guys.

by the way i though an eptopic caused alot of pain??? i had pain but not anymore.
