fisho, I had to delay a trip by a day due to overdoing the cherries - terrible griping pains and too scared to leave the safety of my own loo.

Was fine next morning.

I have been eating my own body weight in cherries every day for the last few weeks and feel quite similar, but not as bad. Probably not just the cherries I would have thought, but they may not help. Poor you. I would give you a hug but seeing as it's you ....

Apricots do this to me.

Try some chamomile tea. Great for windy tummy ache.
