Any illness can make your blood sugars more unstable than usual.

Look after yourself

Yes I have a testing kit and do it 4 times a day, it was going down to 3 yesterday even after my tea but was back up to 4 again this morning so fingers crossed it will stay above the 4 x

Yes,esp if you are vomiting and not able to keep stuff down.

Anything below 4mmol classed as low.Can you manage Lucozade (Small glass) or milk and a digestive biscuit as alternative? Then recheck in half hour-hour or so.

If it is lower 4 or you are feeling at all dizzy would contact gp for advice.
