Im 1 week post op for an anterior repair and my back is killing me. Im taking paracetamol/ibruprofen every 4 hrs but they dont seem to be helping. Ive also got a heat pad on.
Im in more pain now than i was this time last week.
Doesnt help not being able to do much. Any advice is appreciated.
