Implanon messing with my mood?

I had the implant put in about 5-6 weeks ago and since then have been progressively becoming more irritable, having mood swings, feeling angry and aggressive and just being generally miserable with my DP. Has anyone had this with the implant and would it be wise to have it removed?

It doesn't help that i'm also being treated for depression and anxiety and want to start feeling happier not worse!

I had the implant and was fine for a while, but as the levels of hormones dropped towards the end I went completely loopy. I bled irregularly and for a couple of days before each time I was utterly miserable and hated myself and everyone around me.

Hmmm, yeah I think i'm gonna be having it taken out!

and DH says the reason you dont get pg on it is cos you never have sex cos of all the bleeding!!!!!!
