When I started the pill at 15 I went through a list of about 5, each one made me very ill, made me bleed more, gave me migranes etc...
We finally landed on Femodene which suited me best out of the lot I had taken, but still go headaches on my 7 day break.
The GPs solution to this was take 2-3 packets consecutivly so I only had a period every 3 months rather than 4 weeks.
After each pregnancy I have always gone back on Femedene.
HOWEVER my behaviour over the last few years is quite alarming.
DH joked a few days ago that maybe we should try for another baby as Im 'so much nicer when we are doing that or Im pregnant... but we can't just keep having babies so you are nicer'
It made me think could it be the pill?
I've put it down to depression, but apparantly the pill can cause depression too?
I don't want to get pregnant thoug,
Or have a coil (the thought makes me ill) my mum and sister both had the contraceptive injection and implant and were both very ill.
If I did charting and used condoms at all times would I be setting myself up for an unwanted pregnancy?
Can you ever really be 'protected' from pregnancy with just condoms?
I feel like Ive been pumping my body full of hormones for 10 years now and am wondering just how much this has affected me?!
Would condoms and a spermicide be a good option?

Could the pill be making me be a b*tch? And non-hormonal contraceptive alternatives?
