Could just be cystitis.

WigWamBam Fri 10-Jun-05 13:45:27

Yes it could, but then again it could be something else. It needs checking out.

I thought i'd come on early but tampax was clear sorry tmi. I'm drinking another cup of tea so that i can wee again and i'm going to collect it this time. If it's blood again i'm going to ring doc's and take it with me.

WigWamBam Fri 10-Jun-05 13:49:13

If you eat loads of beetroot it can make your wee red, but you need to eat an awful lot!

hunkermunker Fri 10-Jun-05 13:50:11

Any pain, 3kids?

I'd say go to get checked out even if it's clear this time, but collect it and take it with you as a sample will be the first thing they ask for.

3kids Fri 10-Jun-05 13:50:19

I don't eat beetroot! I've only had a bag of crisps and a bit of french stick so far.

WigWamBam Fri 10-Jun-05 13:52:27

Ring NHS Direct and see what they say, or go and have a chat with a pharmacist. I wouldn't leave it if I were you, get some advice this afternoon rather than leaving it over the weekend.

noddyholder Fri 10-Jun-05 14:30:45

3kids Fri 10-Jun-05 14:30:46

I had tummy ache last night and my back is hurting now but i have been walking round town all morning.

expatinscotland Fri 10-Jun-05 14:33:52

Get it checked. This happened to my sister and it was a raging kidney infection.

3kids Fri 10-Jun-05 14:39:05

I have just been for a wee and it was normal! What do you think?

hunkermunker Fri 10-Jun-05 15:06:58

Would definitely still go to the doctor, even if it's just to get the all clear.

beansmum Fri 10-Jun-05 15:07:57

yes, I would go to the doctor too. wont do any harm to gt it checked out.
