I had DD 9 weeks ago, abs are completely shot and still seperated and I still feel a bit weak and shakey from back/pelvis probs during the pregnancy.My GP sugested Pilates, but as DD is fully BF and I have two other kids there is no way I am getting to classes any time soon, so I am hoping someone can recommend a DVD to do at home.TIA
Darcy Bussell one is very good and has a short 15 minute session on, which I found easy to do each day.
