My cycle - bloated for 2 weeks/month - that's half my life!

I have my period and return to normal for roughly two weeks (period quite short but very very heavy for one day) and then two weeks before the next one I seem to lose my waist and tummy is enormous!

Should I be doing/eating/taking something to deal with this?

I take water retention tablets, usually AquaBan, they are herbal, they really help, i start taking them with every meal about 10 days before i'm due, i can't live without them

you can get Aquaban in boots, chavsda, morries, tesco, sainsbo.......everywhere really, if they dont work for you then i would get your doc to recommend something
