How can I make myself remember to do blasted pelvic floor exercises?
I used to do the traffic lights thing - if I was walking while waiting at the crossing. I also found a ring I hadn't worn for a long time and put it on my right hand - the theory is that every time I see it I remember to do the PFEs - doesn't always work in practice but your thread has just made me remember again! Thanks
Same trick as suggested by giraffski - get a sheet of sticky dots, and stick them around the house where you go (like on the kettle, on your sink ON YOUR PC! etc) and when you see them you'll think "bloody pelvic floor excercises" - but you might do a few more often...
