am at hers for the 1st time for about a month. she looks really pale, thin and worried. even now she is asleep on the sofa she looks very drawn. wich i could help her, cant believe her neighbours have made her like this.

she'll probably kill me for this later.

You're a good sister, misdee.

Can you feed her up a bit while you're there? This kind of thing can be a vicious cycle - you don't eat because you're stressed/feel bad, and then feel worse because you don't eat.

I have been following her threads about her neighbours and I really feel for her and her family. I am sure she'll get strength from having you around. take care x

she has had some bacon sandwiches and i have been mking her cupsof tea. the gp has been out this orning, perscribed ADs and is writing a letter for her. but she looks so lig=feless, not like my sister at all.

she hasnt mowed the back garden si the kids cant play out, she is really quite scred of her neighbours. its easy for me to say to her 'dont let them get to you' but they have and there is nothing i can do
