I don't normally have a problem with my skin, but the skin on my shoulders and legs is dry at the moment, almost feeling sore on my shoulders. I don't normally get this and wondered if anyone could suggest any vitamins/minerals that might be lacking which could cause this (might be my age though - 42). Would prefer to cure this naturally rather than go to doctor.

Is it red falky and itchy? could it be eczema?

If it's localised it sounds more as if your clothes are rubbing or it is a reaction to washing powders etc etc.

Have you tried ordinary moisturisers like E45, Aveno, or Oilatum?

Dietary foods are all the fish oils- so start eating salmon, fresh tuna, sardines, mackeral 3x a week. Plus lots of dark green veg.
