on my nipple?

nobody is allowed to say it might be cancerous

it's important to tell me it's just a pustule like you might get anywhere on your body

please smile

thanks in advance

I'm sure you must realise that the title reads like you've got an abcess on your pussy.shockgrinAnd I
don't mean your cat.Sorry nothing helpfull to add though sorry..

pussyabcess Sun 13-Sep-09 12:08:41

nevergoogledragonbutter Sun 13-Sep-09 12:09:29

don't know though, sorry.

ninedragons Sun 13-Sep-09 12:09:58

yep, I was expecting something gynaecological.

nevergoogledragonbutter Sun 13-Sep-09 12:10:36

well, i only clicked because i thought it would be an entertaining troll thread.

I'm going through a bit of a crisis at the minute and this made me smile! (Thought the same as insprognito) Thanks!

PMSL i love the thread title! Could it be an ingrowing hair?

LuluMaman Sun 13-Sep-09 12:11:27

ha ha ha !! sorry. but i thought this would be re your foofoo

so, you have an abcess on your nipple.. have you been breastfeeding? been bitten?

first thing to do is go the doctors and get checked out, in all likelihood, a dose of ABs will sort it out

leaving it will mean it gets worse, and oyu don't want a nasty infection spreading

Mamazon Sun 13-Sep-09 12:12:47

sorry but another on here that thought you had a fanjo issue.

no idea about the abcess. im sure its perfectly normal, just go doc's

crescent Sun 13-Sep-09 12:12:51

Hi there,
It could be an infected hair follicle, they can go nasty sometimes, they can grow inwards. Try putting tea tree oil on it maybe? But obviously if it doesn't clear up then it will be gp.
Sorry not sure if that's any help, but as a health worrier myself, do sympathise.

pussyabcess Sun 13-Sep-09 12:13:04

thanks lulu

i started again before i saw all posts smile

there's no reason for this, no breastfeeding, chafe, anything

so an abscess/pustule here is quite common?

pussyabcess Sun 13-Sep-09 12:14:31

and crescent yes, i'll try the tea tree, so far only savlon

thank you

am glad people think it's nothing hurrah
