Any idea what I am likely to have done tomorrow?

I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia, and about 6 weeks ago I was holding a mindee who through himself back in my arm, putting my elbow out, it clicked back in and seemed to be fine, (this happens quite a lot)

As time has gone on it has got more and more painful, the pain feels like it is right in the joint, as well as the muscles around it.

Ok enough background, the reason for asking is I have to drive 45 minutes back from the appointment (I do have a automatic car) and it is my right arm.

Is it likely to be some thing painful or restricting?
