I haven't slept for more than 2-3 hours for the last 3 night and I am so tired.I have a long drive tomorrow - great fun at the end though - and I need some sleep.
Have you tried valerian, or oneof the herbal remedies (which usually contain valerian, hops and sometimes passiflora)?I have suffered on and off with insomnia for the past couple of years and I do find that they help sometimes.Also recommend doing some yoga before bed. one of my friends who is very into yoga told me that shoulder stnads and other upside down poses are v good and they do help too.Or whisky.
Thanks for answering. I had to go and get the kids from my in-laws.I could look at herbal remedies for the future but need something for tonight really.I used to do yoga 20 years ago and enjoyed it but can't remember a thing about it now.I usually sleep okay though wake up every day between 4 and 6 for the loo. Damn annoying.I could hardly keep my eyes open driving back with the kids.
