Lung capacity...anyone used power breathe?

After years of smoking...then stopping ...then occasional smoking I've now decided to never smoke again. Every time I have the odd one I end up with blocked sinuses and feeling ill.
So I thought I might try to improve my lung capacity as it's obviously been damaged due to the abuse. I saw the power breathe apparatus and wondered if they're worth the cash as they're almost £40. I'm going to exercise more too which should help.

Hi Curiousmama

Power breathe is great if used consistently.

You can adjust the tension (so to speak) as your lungs get stronger.

Buy one if you are going to commit to using it as it will help a lot. But, if you have only good intentions but you?re not committed it would be a waste of money.

I can highly recommend it though.
