I have an embarrassing problem down below! Anyone else had this?

Hi, i'm not a regular but would really welcome advice as to what you think this is. It started with itching down below, thought thrush so started with the canestan. Didn't work so tried oral tablet then one of the tablets that you insert inside. I still have an uncomfortable feeling but i have now had browny bloodstained discharge for 2 days. It's not smelly (sorry for such details), very swollen abdomen and discomfort that rises right up to under my boobs but the progressive discomfort up to my boobs only seems to happen towards the end of the day. I feel really bloated and quite sick. Definitely not pregnant as no longer possible (dh had snip) not due on for 13 days. Still got lots of discharge and just feel bit grotty with occasional stabbing pains around ovary area and still bit itchy. Is it normal to have thrush that brings on bloodstained discharge? All smears have been normal in the past and up to date. Has anyone else had this? Been a week now and not cleared up, going to try to get to doctors Monday but just wondered what it could be. Advice appreciated

please go to walk in centre, preferably a GUM one if there is one near you. When it's all internal it's not worth taking the risk.

Am planning to make appointment Monday, if they won't see me then i'll make it as emergency. Feel very periody but not due yet.
