I go through this periodically - normally associated with stress. Don't feel particularly stressed atm. I have completely lost my appetite for a couple of weeks. After a few mouthfuls I feel full and uncomfortable. BMI is down to 18 so I do not want to lose any more weight. Am off on holiday at the end of the week, chances of being able to get a doc appt pretty negligible I'd say as its not an urgent thing.
Any ideas on stopping the slide? Eating frequently just takes away my appetite for meals. Am steering my eating to high fat foods.
