Lower abdoninal pain, right hand side.

Withing the last hour I have begun to get a pain in the lower right hand side of my abdomen. It has steadily gotten worse and I have took some painkillers about 45 minutes ago with no change.

I am 37 weeks pg today and this feels like nothing to do with the baby IYSWIM, she is moving fine still. This pain has got so much worse that I am struggling to walk much, even just around the house. It is there when I am sat/laid down but is so much worse when I move about.

Any idea what this could be? Does it sound like appendicitis?
I cant get hold of my GP or NHS direct. I don't want to bother the midwife as I'm not sure if it is pg/baby related IYSWIM.

It's starting round my back now, I am wondering now if it could be labour!!

Seems it is just stretching and ligament pain, possible SPD as I keep getting pain in my groin also.

They did bloods to rule out appendicitis, all came back okay, nothing in my urine and BP is fine.

Just got to take paracetamol for the pain, TBH I could do with something a bit stronger though.

Thanks all.
