owwww sorry no tips but total sympathy, have hard callousy skin on the balls of my feet and hear that soaking them in warm water and cider vinegar will help soften them.

as for your cut can you get to a chiropodist? Otherwise keep clean and disinfect with tea tree which can go on neat...good luck

Thanks, I can get to a chiropodist, will be a first, what will they do?

I soaked them last night in warm water with salt in to clean them, felt lovely but they've been worse than ever today, need to hop around!

you can get lots f foot creams etc but i am finding a big tub of emulsifying lotion to be very good - smoother feet and hands in them and let it soak in and add some more. Tis just as good as any other cream, IMHO

Get some flexitol - it's not the cheapest but it works so so well. Your feet will be fixed in a week!

To soften the hard skin, try a foot cream from the chemist, such as Scholl or Neutrogena. Should help with the cracking if you use it regularly.
