Was in the garden today for about 1 hour ish. Gardening, not in full sun, about 20ish degrees but i was hot. Drank alot of water, but now feel very sick, and odd and when i close my eyes i feel all dizzy.

It couldnt be heat stroke could it? I thought that was down to dehydration?

Link to NHS direct - this lists the symptoms of heat exhaustion and heatstroke. It sounds like heat exhaustion, but if you start to develop the heatstroke symptoms then you ought to get medical help. Try what they suggest first - get into a cool place, drink plenty, maybe have a cool shower or bath - and hopefully you'll start to feel better. If you dont start to feel better soon, then phone NHS Direct - if you feel worse, call an ambulance!

I can feel pretty "odd" if I'm out in the sun too long, but it's generally more of a headache and nausea, I've never had pins & needles with it. I think if it doesn't start to improve soon, it's probably worth a call to NHSDirect just to make sure it's not something you should be getting urgent help for.

But it does sound like you'd be very hot to the touch with heatstroke, so probably not that.
