FBG don't leave! Stay with us just for fun smile

I've just done yoga, crunches and other toning exercises. I have got some 'lady's' weights but want to get a book of exercises really. And I am determined to get rid of these bloody love handles!

Anyone got any links to good exercise websites?

And why does FF recognise dressing children, but doesn't seem to have any toning/yoga exercise on there?

VinegarTits Mon 22-Jun-09 09:51:14

(p.s...I think you all actually talk MORE than the 10/10ers grin)

flamingobingo Mon 22-Jun-09 10:04:48

Let's add up all the weight we've lost so far (collectively).

It would be inspiring, I think, to think of all that fat gone because of all the motivation from eachother.

Or am I barking mad? hmmgrin

Mmm, sounds yummy!

I heroically resisted the Mars bars in the fridge this weekend, and have actually eaten really well. I predictably scuppered myself with booze on Saturday, but only had a teeny half strength vodka last night which I abandoned to snore attractively on the sofa in a way which obviously in no way disqualifies me from being siren-like wink

Breakfast was a banana on toast and coffee- and it's Monday, when good intentions are redoubled!

FabBakerGirlIsBack Mon 22-Jun-09 10:08:54

How do you put food into FF when you don't know how much protein there is in an onion or fibre in celery?
