Shoulder pain - could this be the cause ?

Just read in the Daily Mail blush that you should position your pc mouse roughly where a knife would be in a dinner place setting. I've been experiencing pain in my shoulder, sometimes radiating down my arm to my wrist and below shoulder blade round to my right boob. Any advice on how to improve posture when using a pc ?

Could well be a good advice!!
I am going to try this too, my arm/shoulder got so bad that I had to switch to using my left hand (not easy!!), so will see if it helps.
