Comfort/emotional eating. Magic trick to stop doing it please (insert wry smile here).

Had a tough day and mildly rubbish, large bar of chocolate it is, despite intentions to be healthy and lose the excess weight that is making me feel middleaged and fat and frumpy. (and by large...I mean the big ones...the cadbury ones are 99p at the moment...). All that is stopping me finishing it and then eating the normal size turkish delight I also bought, is a stomach ache.

Heavy day at work - so bag of sweets to "get me through" and/ or as a reward for getting through.

DH working overnight, so, curl up on sofa with TV and choocolate cheesecake as a 'treat' ( not because I'm lonely...just won't do it when DH can see)
