Humphrey - settle for 2lbs weightloss maximum each week (possibly more first week) after that 2lbs each week maximum
More than that isnt healthy and you are unlikely to keep it off long term - HTH

DH is bored with my calorie counting already. I had to do a quick 15-min pilates session to try and squeeze in a yogurt. I've gone over today but that's because I only found this thread after my humungous breakfast. Tomorrow is another day. Not sure how well I'll do over the weekend though.

Ooohhh, hello. I thought I hadn't done any exercise today but having looked at the list in FF and after adding a bit of playing with the kids (floor/light), over an hour cooking and a bit of whitewater rafting wink, it looks like I'm now under the calories for today. Is it too late for a sneaky glass of Rioja?

I'm 10st 9lb now and would love to get to 9st. That would be the first time I get to that weight since way before kids though. Harleyd - you're nearly there.
