ds is 9 months think i have a rectocele and poss cystocele?? still bf, hoping will get better when stop. have to commute to work with him in sept on pub transport. would you use a back sling? ergo. or do you think it's too risky? am enjoying freedom of carrying him but worried am damaging myself further. cant work out how to do 3 diff childcares when start back as other two at school care and can't get childminder here.
