olbas oil for children

Can this be used in a humidifier? The woman in the shop said yes but the instructions only mention putting it on cloth.

When we have run out of vapouriser pads, I have put a very small amount of Olbas oil on the pad & reused it(we have Boots plug in vapouriser) but don;t leave it plugged in for long. I should imagine its OK in a humidifier - we also put it in a bowl of warm water whilst DS has a bath if he's very snuffly. You do only need a very small amount though.
