but how do we go about planning the exercise and diet routine on here - who will say what we need to do etc.......or am i just being a bit thick ?
already lost just over a stone from dd being born 2 wks ago! perhaps half of that was my brain!!!!

I'll bite the bullet and put my stats up - I'm 5ft 7 and 11st12. Want to be 10st or thereabouts. Dd2 is 11 weeks and I am still breastfeeding so dieting will be affected by that. AND I am in a 38h bra, so no running for me!

I am 5'3" weigh 9st 10, not fat as such but have wobbly gut and splodgy bit that hands over jeans. The only exercise I 'enjoy' (cough) is running, but would like to join in.... and lose half a stone or so so am not blobby for hols at start of july.

I'm up for getting fit, don't have a lot of weight to lose though just need to actually do exercise tone up and stop eating nasty foodstuffs. Don't know the results could be measured on MN though I mean I'm not going to start analysing poo or anything like that .. but fitness is about more than weight, I'm terribly unfit atm?

Would like to join in, I am following the Slimming World diet but need extra keep-fit motivation for 2 reasons--am doing a half-marathon power-walk in June and it's our 15th wedding anniversary in July. Am 5ft 7ins and weigh 12st 2lbs. Goal is to be 2st 3lbs lighter by my b'day in Sept; interim goal to be 5lbs lighter by DS' b'day on 24 April. My plan is to do my power-walk sessions 3 x pw with some weight-training.

Do really desparately need to do something about my midrift. My thighs and backside are not a pretty sight.

Lost a few pounds with cod earlier in the year and have put it all and more back on.


Was thinking of doing WW for the sake of all the other holiday makers in August.

Will think about it.....don't want to let my team down by failing aain.

If we can't find an expert, we could still make a commitment on here to do a certain amount of exercise on certain days and then let everyone know whether we've achieved our goals. For example, by Monday morning I want to have done two power-walking sessions and one gym visit. What's everyone else going to achieve this weekend?
