I've had a sore throsat for 2 weeks and have been drinking honey and lemon in hot water too sooth it.

Hm....only if you are diabetic, I suppose...

If you're worried about blood sugar add some cinnamon - apparently v good for regulating

I don't think so. My mum has had honey in her tea for over twenty years.

Good cos it's the only thing I can drink that doesn't feel like I'm swallowing glass
