What's up with babs?

Wakes up after a good night, grouchy and not into his food, but has his full milk.
Runny nose and slght temperature 38c and sleepy.
Hv has been on a visit anyhow today and says it could be teething, I agree apart from the sleeping bit.
He has never been this sleepy before.He just wants to lay down all the time.
She says if he gets worse, non responsive, than don't hesitate to ring triage nurse etc.

So is this normal behaviour for a 16month old teether?

My little lady has got a basic cold and is like that atm.

Calpol or mediced seems to be helping her, and lots of cuddles.
