What do you do to contain it, aside from eat copious amounts of chocolate, screech at your 4 year old when he asks you for something, and drive your DH to distraction?

I have been really struggling these past few months.

I feel goddam awful, hate myself for being such a bitch but seem incapable of stopping myself.

help.....

depending on why this is happening it may be controllable. go see a qualified herbalist
www.nimh.org.uk to look up your nearest one. I had great success treating women with quite bad PMS/PMT who otherwise had been told to go on the pill to ease the symptoms or had been told there was nothing to be done!!

thousand thanks, misi! I went to a GP in South Africa years ago and the f*cking twit told me to exercise or have a baby!!!!

I have done the latter but no time for the former and of course I know it would help but when you are feeling your worst, that is the last thing you want to do.

Thank you so much for your lead. Never considered that route and I am loathe to see a GP for this.

my pleasure, not able to experience it myself but have seen so many women suffer badly with this. My sister eventually asked me a few years ago if I could help her, she was so embarrassed to ask her little brother about her womens probs, but within 3 months I had her sorted and I had a very happy BIL to boot
