Sore head from crying?

OK, I got super emotional last night, had a huge argument with my Mum and ending crying my heart out for about 3 hours last night.

So, this morning I woke up and my forehead is sore to touch. Is this: -

a) Normal?
b) Related to the crying?

I get a headache when I've been crying too.

it's not a headache as such, my forehead hurts to touch it, like sore?
