I am trying to booost up for winter as last couple of years have had endless cold, cracks on fingers and lips etc.

I know abouy Echinecea for when a cold is starting but someone was telling me about another supplement called Astruella or something like that which you can take preventatively to ward off colds and viruses. Does anyone knwo what I am talking about?

I took elderberry tincture last year and it worked a treat, better than echinacea. I must see if I can find one for this year that isn't syrupy as I can't have sugary things anymore.
