Quick question for you please whilst you're here. DS suffers from rhinitis at night time and it seems to be getting worse. He's 9 years old. We have special bedding etc and seemed to be able to keep it at bay generally but not anymore. GP prescribled a nasal spray before but I dont want to use it long term.

ANy ideas?

I've had it all my life
It's basically an allergic reaction where yours ears and throat itch, nose runs, sneezing, sinuses.

Have you tried homeopathy? That could be useful for something like that. I have tried it for something a bit similar - but not as serious - and it really helped.
