blush Just realised that it's an American product. blush

Take plenty from now on - it's great for drying it up and clearing your nose/sinuses etc.

Yeah - it'll help. I remember going to my GP once cause I had a vile cold and my nose was so sore and inflamed. She said Beconase was the best thing to help the swelling as your nose gets inflamed from all the blowing and then produces more snot to compensate - evil, vile snotty cycle.

Good luck - I hate travelling with colds. Echinaeca (sp) may help too, but I'd take the chemicals too.
