feeling motion sick / dizzy but no ear pain... any ideas

Im guesing i have some sort of inner ear infection

i have no pain, but this morning my ear felt 'hot'

any ideas what to do / take?

not taken any paracetamol etc as not in pain

(not pregnant)

I get this when I have sinus infection, as it effects the ear area.

I'd guess sinuses too - my first indication that I'm getting a cold is always a sick/dizzy feeling as my sinuses fill up, and then my ears stat to feel blcked. I put Karvol in steam & breath it, or if it's really bad, Sinutab is good.

I get vertigo caused by too much or too little fluid in the middle (?) ear IIRC. Doctor gave me a prescription for betahistine dihydrochloride and I just take one tablet if I wake up with it.

i wondered about labyrinthitus but i know 2 people who have had that quite recently and been very very ill with it and thankfuly i dont actually feel ill

I use menthol crystals to draw anything out in a steam, drink lots and lots of water, use something such as Sinutab, but often unfortunately the only thing that clears it are antibiotics.
