What could this burning sensation be?

It started at work on Thursday and got worse on Friday.

It feels like burning between my shoulderblades when I move my neck. And the bit between the top of my spine and nape of my neck is very tender.

allergy to work. will only be cured by long days spent on sofa with chocolate, wine and tv remote control while dc are playing at friend's houses.
